We invite you to take part in the ONLINE Scientific-practical conference "Multidisciplinary approach in cardiology: the latest solutions during the pandemic"
April 20 - 21, 2021. From 15.00 to 19.00

There will be a live broadcast ONLINE. The broadcast recording will not be available.
To participate, you must fill in all items of the participant's questionnaire. IMPORTANTLY! Enter a valid email address!
On the day of the training program, each registered participant will receive a link to a private broadcast by e-mail.
At the end of the second day, each participant will receive a letter by E-MAIL with test questions on the speakers' reports. Testing will be available DURING THE DAY!
Certificates will be given to everyone who gives the correct answers to at least 70% of questions.
Certificates are generated based on the information you filled in - each certificate will be assigned a unique number.
At the end of the Training Program, participants receive by E-MAIL:
Certificate of participation in the scientific program (10 points)
Certificates are taken into account when certifying the assignment (confirmation) of a medical qualification category in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 22.02.2019№ 446.
